Issue Description

When you access a SmartObject on the second server of a clustered environment from a Service Instance which was created from an already existent Service Broker with a registered Service Type, an error occurs.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “No Service Instance definition: Service Instance: [ServiceInstanceName]. Service Object: [SMOName]. Method: []" for newly created Service Instance”

Resolution

The fix is available in the following K2 versions:

K2 4.7 December 2019 Cumulative Update K2 Five (5.0) December 2019 Cumulative Update K2 Five (5.1) November 2018 Cumulative Update K2 Five (5.2) October 2020 Cumulative Update K2 Five (5.3) April 2020 Cumulative Update K2 Five (5.4)
