Code Fix: When you click an item in a disabled list view, the view becomes enabled

Issue Description
When you have a form with a list view and item view, both disabled by default, clicking an item on the list view results in the item view to become enabled. If the item view contains toolbar buttons in the header, these toolbar buttons remain disabled regardless if the view is set to "enabled".
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:
