The K2 blackpearl 101 course is a three day, instructor led course intended for Business Analysts and Developers new to K2 blackpearl. This course is an introduction to the designers and wizards available in K2 blackpearl. The instructor guides are slides with notes for the instructor to use to introduce each module. The participant guides are full of content to help the students learn about the features, as well as use as a reference later.
Where appropriate, lab exercises will accompany the module so you can use what you have learned in building a process. These labs are designed to be completed by using the K2 blackpearl 101 Virtual PC. In each of the labs, you will participate in a scenario. You will build common business processes for a fictitious company, Denallix. You will play one of three roles:
- Mike – the IT Pro
- Codi – the Business End User
- Anthony – the Business Manager
