Introduction
Implementations of K2 blackpearl 0807 4.2810.1.x may experience a known issue when attempting to locate or search for users using the Select users to add to the forward all list
Error Scenario
When using OOO(Out of Office), the user's search screen from the following locations
User Worklist configuration > Out of Office tab, or
Management Console > Workflow Server > Users > Out of Office, or
K2 Worklist in K2 for Sharepoint, the following issues may be encountered:
- The drop-down which should list Starts with/Contains is missing from the user dialog, and
- When attempting to search, a javascript runtime error is received
Error Resolution
This Patch is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
