Introduction
When searching a large list of process instances (approximately 100 or more) in the K2 Workspace Management Console - Manage Process Instances page, an error may occur giving a 'timeout expired' message indicating that there are no pool connections available.
Error Message
The following error message relates to this issue:
- “Failed to return Process Instance Data Table: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.”
Error Resolution
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
