The ‘Everyone’ Active Directory group cannot be used in the K2 service manager to assign process permissions. The ‘Domain User’ group should be used instead.

Issue:
For K2.net, you cannot use the ‘Everyone’ Active Directory (AD) group to assign process permissions because it is a special group that does not permit the memberships to be viewed.

Resolution:
If you need to give permissions to all your users, please use the ‘Domain User’ group instead.
