Issue Description
When the Managed Users Worklist option is enabled in K2 Workspace and the manager attempts to view a user’s worklist, no user is returned to select and the user’s worklist cannot be viewed.

Cause
The manager name which requested the Managed Users was not translated to a distinguishedName value which caused the search query to return no results.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP8 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP8 to apply the fix.
