Issue Description

After installing the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update, drop-down lists do not display correctly on iOS devices. This occurs on iPad Mini or iPhone devices.

 

 

Error Message

No error message is displayed. Unable to select from a drop-down list on a Form in Safari browsers.

 

 

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP1 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP1 to apply the fix.
