Issue Description
When you create a package with K2 Package and Deployment, once you deselect all categories after selecting the “Select All” button, additional uncategorized items get added to the package which causes an error.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'SourceCode.ComponentModel.Model' to type 'SourceCode.ComponentModel.TypedItemRefBase'.”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP25 from Regional Support.
- Close off K2 Package and Deployment.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP25 to apply the fix.
