Issue Description
When users access K2, they are repetitively prompted to retrieve IDAM tokens for authentication despite having a token stored in K2 Management > Authentication > OAuth > Tokens.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “Unable to authenticate token, token might be expired or not found”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP3 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP3 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
