Introduction

This error may occur during runtime in any of of the following locations: K2 Workspace, K2 ServiceBroker and/or K2 Management, when only Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) is installed on a machine.

 

 

Error Scenario Steps

Note: The steps below describe one scenario under which these errors may occur. These steps are simplified and not all steps are shown or described.
 
  1. Open K2 Management
  2. Click SmartObjects > Services > SharePoint Service > Add
  3. In Add, provide the SharePointSiteURL
  4. Click OK

 

 

Error Messages

The following error message in K2 Workspace, in the Service Instance Configuration, may be related to this issue:
  • SmartObjectServer Exception: SmartObjectServer Exception: Server was unable to process request. ---> Failed to load user profile properties. A SQL error occurred.

 

 

Error Resolution

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
