K2 Virtual Services

K2 offers a broad range of Virtual Service opportunities to assit you in making the most of your K2 investment by leveraging the expertise of our consulting team in a virtual setting - phone, web conference or e-mail. Customers with an active Gold Support agreement can pre-purchase K2 Service Credits for any of our virtual service offerings. Purchased credits are interchangeable, valid for an entire calendar year and bulk pricing rates are available. Using the K2 Partner and Customer portal, you can view your credit balance, purchase more credits and even sign-up for any of our virtual services! Visit http://portal.k2.com, sign in and navigate to Support > K2 Remote Services > New K2 Remote Services Request.

Remote Mentoring

Remote Mentoring gives customers K2 consulting expertise on an ad hoc, as-needed basis. These sessions are scheduled in one-hour increments, up to four hours per session and may be used for general advice or to work through specific project challenges.

After-Hours Support

We realize that your technical support needs may not always occur during traditional business hours. Our consulting team can be on-hand to assist you with scheduled after-hours sessions and even those unplanned emergency situations.

Remote Installation

Perhaps you plan to implement your K2 solution using your own technical staff but would like to leverage our consulting experts for the installation phase. Virtual installation can be scheduled during normal business hours or after-hours/weekends and is priced per environment.
