Issue

When using K2 4.7, you may experience slow performance, high memory usage and the occasional K2 service crash.

Symptoms

The K2 Service may restart often, and the memory usage for the K2 Service may be quite high. You may also notice slow performance within the product.

Resolution

Two issues were identified in the K2 Product. The first issue has already been fixed in the 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 4.

The second issue has been fixed in the August Cumulative Update and the latest Fix Pack.
