KB001040 - Update K2 4.5 (4.10060.1.1040).
When using roles within a K2 process, the Event Instances Report will not show the event instance records. Also, when using users and/or groups within a K2 process, the event instance items will only show the last user that participated in the particular event instance. Both these issues are part of the same problem on the report and will be fixed in a future K2 Update.
