When you open the K2.net®️ 2003 Workspace and you click on “Worklist” you will sometimes see the error “Input string was not in correct format” (Error 1.0) Follow the instructions on how to fix the problem.


 

























When a user attempts to login to Workspace, the error as shown below may be displayed. To correct the error, follow the steps outlined below :
 

































































 








Important: To perform the steps outlined in this article you are required to follow the recommended safety precautions to protect your databases. No liability will be accepted should data be lost damaged or rendered unusable in the course of this article.




  




 
Please use the following steps to correct the problem:
1)  Back up the K2.net 2003 databases. The default names of these databases are "K2" and "K2Log".
2)  Launch SQL Server Enterprise Manager
3)  Navigate to the K2Log Database (Image 1)



  




4)  Expand the Tables section
5)  Right-click on the "UserSetting" table and select Return all rows (Image 2)



  




6)  Locate and delete the row(s) containing the name of the user experiencing the error
7)  Go back to the list of tables
😎  Right click on the "_UserView" table and select Return all rows (Image 3)



  




9)  Locate and delete the row(s) containing the name of the user experiencing the error
