The Licensing page within the License Management nodes of the K2 Workspace Management Console displays an incorrect SKU license type. It will only show Seat CAL Subscription or Seat CAL Perpetual. It does not display the license type as per HostServer. For some license types, an incorrect “Expired/Invalid” might be shown despite the License type being valid (i.e. Internet Connector).

Error Scenario Steps

Note: The steps below describe one scenario under which this error may occur. The steps below are simplified and not all the steps will be shown or described.
  1. Open K2 Workspace
  2. Navigate to Management > Management Console > License Management > Licensing
  3. The License Type will be reported as Seat CAL Subscription or Seat CAL Perpetual.

Error Resolution

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
