The K2 Server is running at 50% utilization, causing workflow and SmartObject performance issues. The service also takes a long time to stop after it has been running for a while – causing the LSASS.exe service to spike just after the K2HosterServer.exe completes.

The following error message relates to this issue:

  • The K2 Server stops responding and needs to be restarted regularly

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
