K2 passes the "NT Authority / Anonymous" logon credentials when it accesses the database server when you deploy and a dependency should be removed. When removing the dependency the error occurs.
Error Scenario Steps
|Note: The steps below describe one scenario under which this error may occur. The steps below are simplified and not all the steps will be shown or described.|
- Build and deploy a process with a Client Event Notification enabled.
- Disable the Notification on the client event, and build the process.
- When you deploy the following error message will be displayed: "DataBase error: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user ’NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON’.
The following error message relates to this issue:
- "DataBase error: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user ’NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS’"
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
