In certain environments the InfoPath integration causes the Client Event InfoPath form to be reloaded from its SharePoint location when attaching an attachment.
|Note: The error will only occur if the form contains a repeating section with a file attachment element in it; and it will only reload if the form does not contain a file attachment when opened in the client event.|
|Note: The steps below describe scenarios under which this error may occur. The steps below are simplified and not all the steps will be shown or described.|
- If an Update action was executed it will reload the form from the site and show the old data.
- If a Finish action was executed it will try to reload the form, but it has already been deleted by the succeeding rule - This will cause a "Not a valid InfoPath form" exception.

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
