Introduction

When trying to add additional Out of Office users through the UI or API, an Archive buffer overflow error is received.

Error Scenario Steps

Note: The steps below describe one scenario under which this error may occur. The steps below are simplified and not all the steps will be shown or described.
  1. Open the Out of Office Configuration screen in K2 Workspace
  2. Add an additional Out of Office user
  3. Receive the Archive buffer overflow error

Error Resolution

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
