When upgrading an existing K2 environment and running the database scripts a timeout error occurs after 10 minutes and the retry will be attempted 3 times before terminating.

  • ConnectionString: Data Source=BP-SQL01;Initial Catalog=K2Server;Integrated Security=True;Pooling=False
  • Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Error Resolution

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
