Introduction

After the K2 blackpearl 0807 Update KB000450, the K2 Worklist > ‘List of Actions’ drop-down list displays in alphabetical order instead of the order specified in the Client Event wizard. Before the upgrade the order in the ‘List of Actions’ matched the order specified in the wizard.

  1. Open the K2 Designer for Visual Studio
  2. Build a Process with Eligible, Not Eligible and Cancel as actions in the Client Event wizard
  3. Before the KB000450 upgrade, the K2 Worklist > ‘List of Actions’ drop-down list items displayed in the order it was created in
  4. After the KB000450 upgrade, the K2 Worklist > ‘List of Actions’ drop-down list displays the actions in alphabetical order

Error Resolution

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
