Under very specific circumstances, an ‘Archive buffer overflow’ error may occur when upgrading an existing install of K2 blackpearl 0807 KB000370 to K2 blackpearl 0807 (4.8210.2.450) with Update KB000555. The error occurs when the K2 Worklist in K2 Workspace is viewed.

Error Resolution

This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
