When the destination user redirects a worklist item to another user, duplicate notification emails will be sent to the original destination user and to the user to whom the worklist item was redirected.

- Create a process with a Client Event, and enable the Notification checkbox
- Deploy the process
- Start an instance of the process
- Redirect the worklist item to another user
- Duplicate notification emails will be received by the user(s) to which the worklist item was redirected
No specific error message is displayed, however duplicate notification emails are sent when the worklist item is redirected.
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpoint 0902 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
