K2 Process Portal experienced poor load times where the user would have to wait for an extended period of time for the portal to become available for use.

When loading the K2 Process Portal, the user is known to have to wait for an extended period of time before the portal becomes available. Performance enhancements have been introduced to improve the overall performance and response time of the portal page.
No consistent error message, but an ASP.NET error has been known to occur.
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpoint 0902 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
