When a username contains an underscore for example te_ster, and a similar username exists but does not contain the underscore for example tester, the K2 Server assigns the item to both user's Worklists.

To reproduce this error:
- Create two users `tester’ and `te_ster’.
- Create a process with a Client Event assigned to `tester’.
- Deploy and start an instance of the process.
- Check both user `tester’ and `te_ster’ worklist and note that the item appears in both their K2 Worklists.
No error message is displayed, both users will receive the worklist item.
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
