Multiple issues may occur when deploying SharePoint Workflow Integration processes on a distributed environment ranging from :
- Not all features are pushed to all the Web Front Ends
- Servers other than Web Front End servers such as SQL Serves, PDC and other servers are targeted when deploying the solutions
- When the Web Front Ends are out of sync due to a previous process deployment failure, the current process will also result in deployment failure.
- K2 required a dedicated IIS binding to the IP address of the Web Front End on Port 80; this was not always feasible as Port 80 may already have been in use by another application.
