K2 InfoPath Integration adds rules to the InfoPath form to clear the workflow Action field when the form is opened. Clearing of the workflow Action field causes an issue for clients who have created workflows that pre-populate the Workflow Action field.
A new option has therefore been added to the Workflow Form Templates wizard dialogue to allow the user to specify whether the workflow Actions are cleared when the form opens or not.
The following screen has been added to the Workflow Form Templates wizard. De-select the check box to disable the clearing of the workflow Action field if your workflow has been created to pre-populate this field.
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 Update.
