Issue Description
After upgrading to K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update, an error occurs when attempting to generate the Audit Report from the K2 Management site.
Error Message
The error message states "Could not load file or assembly 'ephtmltopdf, Version=9.1.3.19476, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e0ae9f6e27a97018' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP9 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP9 to apply the fix.
