When attempting to set K2 for SharePoint app permissions (solution participants and solution designers) on a Subsite in SharePoint, an error occurs. Re-running the registration wizard as suggested by the error message does not resolve the error.
The error message states "SmartObject with name GetGroups not found. Please rerun the K2 for SharePoint application Registration Wizard as a Site Collection Administrator on the App Catalog. Navigate to Site Contents > K2 for SharePoint > Settings > Registration Wizard."
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP10 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP10 to apply the fix.
