Issue Description

After installing K2 Five,  if you needed to run the K2 Setup Manager's Repair option an error occurred.

Error Message

The error states: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five FP1 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five FP1 to apply the fix.
  4. Run the K2 Setup Manager's Repair option again.
