Issue Description

When using the Exchange Metadata SmartObject an error occurs. This only occurs in certain NLB configured environments.

Error Message

The error message states: “Could not connect to Exchange using Autodiscover”.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP2 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP2 to apply the fix.
