Issue Description
After upgrading to K2 Five the App Deployment fails due to an error retrieving the K2 signing certificate. If you delete the certificate from all artifacts from the database and attempt to run a K2 Setup > Repair, an error occurs.
Error Message
The error message states: “Error retrieving the K2 Signing Certificate. Verify that the [K2_SIGNING_CERTIFICATE_PRIVATE] is correctly configured”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five installed.
- Get the K2 Five FP3 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five FP3 to apply the fix.
- Reconfigure the K2 Setup via Windows Start Menu > K2 > Setup > K2 Setup Manager.
