Code Fix: Smart Actions not available in email notifications

Issue Description

When designing a workflow and selecting the default option to send an email notification to recipients, Smart Actions are not available in the email notifications sent to recipients. However, when selecting the option to customize the email notification, Smart Actions are available. The email notification sent is also in the format of a previous K2 product version.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP5 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP5 to apply the fix.
  4. A new instance of the workflow is required.
