Issue Description

When assigning workflow rights to the Everyone group using the K2 Management Site, errors occur in the Host Server and ADUM log files.

Error Message

The error messages can be located in the Host Server and ADUM log files and will display as:

  • 64007 Provider did not return a result for K2:[Server]Everyone on GetUser
  • 64007 Provider did not return a result for K2:[Server]Everyone on GetGroup

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and Install the K2 4.7 November 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 November 2017 Cumulative Update FP7 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 November 2017 Cumulative Update FP7 to apply the fix.
