Issue Description

A user account may be disabled in the K2 database after requesting user or group details and the provider returns a null value.

Error Message

The following error message is visible in the hostserver log file:

“Error: An identity for the user [Label:Domain\Username] could not be found”

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP1 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP1 to apply the fix.
