Issue Description
When updating the metadata of a checked-out document in SharePoint on a Document Library, the document will be checked in automatically.
Cause
Change in behavior of Microsoft SharePoint.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP18 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP18 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
