Code Fix: Worklist items can be released in K2 Workspace but not in K2 Management

Issue Description

Worklist items cannot be released through the K2 Management Workflow page, even though they can be released through the K2 Workspace dashboard.

Cause

This is the result of a specific scenario for a K2 Studio workflow setup with regards to a non-logical destination setting:

Plan just once

Slots to be created = 1

Destination set: Default

Set to a group

 

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP5 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP5 to apply the fix.
