Issue Description

When you create a new task through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) smartobjects and assigning a Customer Relationship Management team as the owner of the task an error is displayed.

Error Message

The following error occurs: ‘systemuser with ID={GUID} does not exist’.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP19 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP19 to apply the fix.
