This article details methods you can use to find your KUID (the unique alphanumeric ID) of your K2 Cloud instance. This is helpful when troubleshooting your K2 Cloud instance.

There are four ways to find your K2 Cloud instances KUID:

  1. Open your browser and add /autodiscover/autodiscover to the end of your K2 Cloud URL.

  2. The Autodiscover.json file opens.
  3. The KUID is displayed throughout the file.

  1. Open your SharePoint site and click Site Contents.

  2. Click on the K2 Cloud for SharePoint app.

  3. Click Designer on the Administration section.

  4. K2 Designer opens in a new tab, the KUID is the alphanumeric code in the URL.

  1. Open your SharePoint Admin Center.

  2. Click apps, then App Catalog.

  3. On the App catalog site, click Site Contents.

  4. On the Site Contents page, click on the K2 Cloud for SharePoint app.

  5. Click Registration Wizard on the K2 Cloud for SharePoint page.

  6. On the Registration Wizard page, click the Specify a K2 URL * drop down. The KUID is displayed next to the URL of the K2 Cloud Instance.

  1. Open K2 Management and navigate to the Process Details of a workflow in your K2 Cloud Instance.

  2. Click on the Rights tab then click Add.

  3. On the Workflow Rights-Add Users and Groups page, change the Label option to K2SQL and click Search.

  4. The K2 Service Account is returned. The KUID is displayed in the Name, Account and Email columns.
