When you have the SendEmail event configured in a K2 Workflow, the recipient of the email will receive duplicate emails. In some instances, an error occurs when sending the email and the workflow goes into an error state.
The following error might occur: “There is no connection string for the destination email address [email address].”
- Ensure you have K2 (5.1) installed.
- Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP1 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP1 to apply the fix.
Start a new instance of the workflow.
