Code Fix: Unable to add users with multiple authentication accounts to K2 Management security

Issue Description

When a user has multiple authentication accounts such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, only one of the accounts can be added to K2 Management security.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP24 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP24 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
