Issue Description

After upgrading to K2 Five (5.1), attempting to delete SmartBox SmartObjects in K2 Management results in an error.

Error Message

The error message states: “SmartObject Server Exception:Error: The with the ID ‘[ID]’ could not be found”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP3 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP3 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
