Issue Description
Scenario 1:
When using an invalid Form Runtime URL for the Navigate to URL action on a Workflow task rule, an error occurs in the Workflow Designer.
Scenario 2:
When you add a “/” at the end of the URL, a different error occurs in the Workflow Designer.
Error Message
Error message for Scenario 1:
“Object reference not set to an instance of an object" & "Argument 'name' may not be null or empty Parameter name: name.”
Error message for Scenario 2:
“Argument ‘name’ may not be null or empty Parameter name: name.”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP6 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP6 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
