Code Fix: After deploying a K2 package, regenerating Forms and SmartObjects results in an error

Issue Description

After deploying a K2 Package and Deployment package referencing a SharePoint list, when you add a column to your SharePoint list, an error is presented when Forms and SmartObjects are regenerated.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “The requested item "AttachmentsListptarget_etc_AttachmentsView" cannot be found in the collection.”


Issue introduced by K2 Five RTM FP 18.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP31 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP31 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.


This fix is specifically for updating Forms and SmartObjects on the target environment with Forms Regenerate.
