Issue Description

When you open the View Flow from K2 Management > Reports, the browser becomes unresponsive. This occurs for workflows designed and deployed in K2 Designer for Visual Studio and K2 Studio.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP10 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP10 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to clear the browser cache.
