Issue Description
When you change the Workflow Management Server environment field value to “Integrated=false”, and a user’s password contains a reserved MsBuild character such as %23, an error occurs when the user attempts to deploy a workflow.
Error Message

Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP28 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP28 to apply the fix.
