Issue Description

On some environments, performance issues occur when you access K2 Worklist, K2 Designer and K2 Management. You might notice a time out error, or the browser becomes unresponsive.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP30 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP30 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
