On some environments, performance issues occur when you access K2 Worklist, K2 Designer and K2 Management. You might notice a time out error, or the browser becomes unresponsive.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP30 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP30 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
