Issue Description

When you configure a Mail task or notification message in a User task with HTML mark-up, the message will display as text instead of the intended rendered rich content the mark-up represents.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP5 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP5 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.

Considerations

Any previous items that had a mixture of rich text content and HTML mark-up will be converted to HTML mark-up only. You can toggle it back manually to rich text to preview rendered outcome.
