When you execute a SmartObject list method on a SmartObject generated from an OData Service Instance, a timeout error occurs, and you are unable to change the timeout settings on the OData Service Instance
The following error message occurs: “The operation has timed out”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP13 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP13 to apply the fix.
- You will now be able to change the timeout setting for the OData Service Instance in K2 Management > Integration > Service Instances.
There is no default value for the timeout setting and it must be set in seconds.
